Manisha leads Marketing and Communications for Finesse. She is responsible for Integrated Marketing Communications for the company and focuses on a 360-degree approach to marketing, covering traditional and digital media.
Recognized for highly effective communications programs that quickly penetrated target customer groups, Manisha has an in-depth understanding of the evolving Information Technology ecosystem and is a strong advocate of leveraging data and consumer insights to define her strategy.
She carries a rich experience of evangelizing and shaping strategy & communication, addressing challenges for businesses across media, digital and industry thought leadership. Her work spanned strategic planning and implementation of marketing programs in varied engagement models and budgets, as well as multi-national markets.
Aside from work life, Manisha is a very social person and engages with various organizations and groups. She is an accomplished Bharatnatyam artist (Indian Classical Dance form); is a certified Open Water diver (PADI); trekked to Everest Base Camp (18000 ft. above sea level); and takes keen interest in outdoor activities, photography and theater.
